How do credits work?
Every generation on AIEnhancer consumes a small amount of credits depending on the tool and model you choose. The exact cost is shown before you generate so you always know what to expect.
Do my subscription credits roll over to the next month?
Subscription credits refresh on each new billing cycle and are not carried over to the next month. We recommend using them within the cycle they are granted in.
Do credit pack credits ever expire?
No. Credits purchased through a credit pack are added to your account permanently and never expire — use them at your own pace.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account page. You will keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I buy a credit pack while I already have a subscription?
Yes. Subscription credits and credit pack credits are tracked separately, so you can top up with a one-time pack at any time — even while your subscription is active.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly plans?
You can change your billing cycle at any time. If you already have an active plan and need help switching or upgrading, please contact us at [email protected].
What payment methods are supported?
